If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you can return the item to our in-store team for assessment. Alternatively, you can also contact our online Customer Success team.
If you contact our online team, we request that you please include a description of the fault as well as digital images of the issue found, as we work towards a swift resolution.
VRG GRL does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear and reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.
