I’ve lost my gift voucher details - how can I retrieve them?Updated a month ago

If you’ve already searched your email account for the original gift card email and still can’t find it, please contact our Customer Success team here and we can assist.

To help us locate your voucher, please include your name and email address and/or the name and email address of the original purchaser so we can assist in locating your voucher details.  

Please note: We’re only able to provide voucher details to the original purchaser or the nominated recipient.
