I accidentally put my return in the wrong bag - what do I do?Updated a month ago

Please don’t worry - we understand mistakes happen, whether you were in a rush or the post office has accidentally mixed up your labels.

If you realise you’ve placed your return in the wrong parcel, please contact our Customer Success team here as soon as possible. If we receive an item that doesn’t belong to VRG GRL, we’ll always do our best to return it to you.

Please note: we cannot process your return until the correct item has been received at our Distribution Centre (unless you used the Instant Refund option). In some cases, we may be able to offer a timeframe extension - our team will confirm what’s possible once we’ve been notified.
