Firstly, Happy Birthday!
Birthday Vouchers will only be sent to customers within eligible tiers. Please check if your Tier has an available Birthday benefit here. Your Tier level will be captured 14 days prior to your nominated date of birth.
If your Tier does offer a Birthday benefit, please be aware, we are only able to pass on Birthday Vouchers to VRG GRL Society customers who have supplied their date of birth via the correct form and are subscribed to receive marketing emails.
If you wish to enter your date of birth, please do so here via this form.
Vouchers will be sent approximately 14 days prior to your listed date of birth, and a reminder may be sent on your birthday if you have not yet used your voucher. If your birthday is within 14 days from the date you enter this information, you may not be eligible to receive an automatic benefit. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Success team via our contact form for assistance.
