I can’t see the points from my recent purchase in my VRG GRL Society account. Where are they?Updated 3 months ago

New points will be added to your account 30 days after you place an order

Before this time, you can see any pending points under the ‘points history’ section of your VRG GRL Society account. These pending points will only appear once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our Distribution Centre.

Please note - 

  • You will not be eligible to receive points for any items that have been returned or cancelled. 
  • Users must be signed in to their VRG GRL Society account when placing an order to be able to record points. 
  • If a return is authorised outside of our standard returns policy after the 30 day hold and the points from that purchase have already been spent, the points balance will be recalculated. This can result in a negative point balance.
