Thanks for your order. Here’s what to expect next:
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS. We’ll send a second notification as soon as it’s ready to collect, with all the details you need.
Collection details:
Location: Brisbane Distribution Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm AEST*

What to bring:
- Your order confirmation (email or SMS)
- A valid form of ID
When your order will be ready:
- Orders placed before 2:30pm (Mon–Fri*): Usually ready within 2 hours, with same-day collection possible
- Orders placed after 2:30pm (Mon–Thu): Ready the next business day
- Weekend orders: Processed on the next business day
*Excludes local public holidays.
Can’t collect?
If you’re no longer able to collect your order, contact our Customer Success team here to arrange shipping. If shipping fees apply, we’ll send an invoice before dispatch.
Collection time frame:
Click & Collect orders aren’t held indefinitely. If your order hasn’t been collected within 2 weeks, our team will reach out. You’ll typically have up to 1 month to collect, unless arranged otherwise.
