Order Confirmation emails can take up to an hour during peak times, such as launches and sales. 

If an hour has passed and you have not received your email, please check your junk, spam and promotions folders in case the email has diverted into here, as this can happen from time to time. 

If you still can’t locate your order confirmation and are concerned, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist. If you can see your order number in your VRG GRL account, we have your order and are working to process it as soon as possible.
