If you saw the order confirmation screen after checking out, your order was successfully received, even if the email hasn’t come through yet.
Confirmation emails are usually sent within a few minutes, but during busy periods, there can be short delays.
Here’s what you can do:
- Check your junk, spam or promotions folders, sometimes the email lands there
- If you were signed in when placing your order - Log into your VRG GRL account to confirm your order is listed in the Order History section
