Don’t worry. If you used Refundid organised shipping or shared your own tracking number during your return submission on our website, we’ll be able to identify your parcel when it arrives via the tracking information.
If you’d like extra peace of mind, you can also share your return details with our Customer Success team here, and we’ll make sure they’re passed on to our Returns team.
