Sorry to hear you haven’t received your gift card email. Sometimes these emails can land in your junk, spam, or promotions folders, so be sure to check there first.

Please also remember, if you nominated a different recipient's email address, this person will have the gift card details emailed directly to them. Please ask them to check in any other folders if they have been unable to locate the email.
