Unfortunately, refunds cannot be processed back to prepaid debit or credit cards due to card issuer and payment processing restrictions.

If you make an eligible return where a prepaid debit and credit card was used as the original payment method, any amount owed will be issued as a VRG GRL Gift Card/Store Credit for future use. Store credits and gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.
