I received a voucher code via the app, why can’t I see it online?Updated 4 days ago

When you claim a loyalty benefit on the VRG GRL app, the app automatically generates a code that gets saved to your app cart - this will remain in your app cart as an unclaimed offer.

Unfortunately this discount won’t automatically appear in your cart via our website. So you’ll either need to continue your purchase with the stored code on the VRG GRL App, or copy the unique discount code to enter manually into the checkout on our website.
