If you return your entire order for a refund, where VRG GRL Society points were used to create a voucher, your applicable VRG GRL Society points will be credited back to your account automatically. However, if you return only part of your order, points are not able to be refunded. 

Any points adjustment will be visible in the ‘Points History’ section of the customer’s VRG GRL Society account.
