Having trouble applying a discount code? Here are a few things to check:
Check the code
Make sure it’s entered correctly with no extra spaces or typos. Some letters and numbers can look similar (like O and 0, I and 1). We recommend copying and pasting the code directly from the source where possible.
Check the expiry date
Some codes are only valid for a limited time. Double-check that the code is still active (this information will be noted within the original email).
Review the conditions
Certain codes have specific terms, like a minimum spend, product or category restrictions, or may only apply to select customers. You can view the full terms and conditions for your code here.
Make sure you're logged in
Some codes will only work if you’re signed into your registered account - especially if it’s a VRG GRL Society exclusive benefit.
