My item arrived creased/crinkled.Updated 2 months ago

At VRG GRL, we always want your new pieces to arrive in perfect condition. All of our garments are neatly folded and individually packaged in protective bags to keep them safe during storage in our Warehouse and during transit.

Due to this packaging process, some items may arrive with minor creasing/crinkling. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about. A quick steam or iron will have your piece looking fresh and ready to wear in no time. Please always refer to the care label on your garment for specific instructions.
