My shipping address is incorrect, can I please change it?Updated 5 days ago

We cannot guarantee that any changes can be made due to the high volume of orders we ship out daily, so we do ask that all order details are checked before placing your order. 

If you enter the incorrect address, please contact us ASAP at [email protected] and we will do our best to update your details before your order is shipped. 

If the wrong delivery address is provided and shipped before any correction can occur, we are unable to refund your purchase or replace the goods. However you may be able to contact the carrier (found on your tracking) to request any updates, and some carriers will offer an address re-direction service.
