My tracking has updated to ‘Delivered’ but I can’t locate my parcel?Updated 4 months ago
Couriers are able to safe drop parcels when they deem it is safe to do so, this means the courier may have left it in a safe location around your property if you were not home to accept the delivery. Please be sure to check your mailbox and surrounding areas, such as behind planters and bins, under door mats, behind fences etc.
If you reside with other members, have a reception, mailing room or have neighbours close by who may have taken your parcel for safe keeping, please be sure to check if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
If you are still unable to locate your order, please let us know and we will contact the shipping courier on your behalf.
