My tracking says ‘awaiting collection’ - where do I collect my parcel?Updated a month ago

If your parcel couldn’t be safely delivered, it’s likely been taken to your local post office or courier collection point. You should receive a card, email or SMS from the delivery service with details on where to collect it.

If you haven’t received any communication, a pick-up location may be specified within your tracking information (however this is not always the case). If you’re unable to locate a pick-up location, we recommend contacting the postal company directly for an update on your parcel’s location. Read more here.  

Please note: most couriers will only hold parcels for a limited time before returning them to the sender as an uncollected parcel, so we recommend collecting your parcel as soon as possible.
