NEW: Order Editing Post-Checkout for AU, US and NZUpdated 19 days ago
We’re excited to announce a new trial feature that allows customers in Australia, the United States, and New Zealand to edit their order after checkout.
With our new self-service Order Editing feature, you can make changes to your order within 30 minutes of purchase, without needing to contact our support team.
You can currently:
- Edit their shipping address
- Add a product to their order
- Apply a discount code
- Replace a product
- Change product size
- Cancel their order
- Update contact information
To make changes, simply select Edit My Order from your order confirmation page or confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order.
