Once I submit my return online, how long will it take to process?Updated a month ago

Return timeframes depend on the option you select and where you’re returning from.

Instant Refund (via Refundid)

  • Refunds are usually issued within minutes of submitting your return through the Refundid portal.
  • If it hasn’t come through within a short period, please discover Refundid’s help article here
  • Please note: you will not receive email confirmation when your parcel arrives back to us at our Distribution Centre. 

Standard Returns

Standard returns are processed once your parcel arrives at our Distribution Centre in Brisbane, Australia. Processing takes 5–7 business days after delivery.

Postage options:

  • Refundid organised postage: You can opt to use Refundid’s return shipping label. This may speed up delivery to us.
  • Customer-organised postage: You can arrange your own return. We recommend using a tracked service so you know when it’s delivered.

Domestic Returns (Australia): Parcels usually arrive within a few days, but please allow 1-2 weeks if you are located outside a metro area. 

International Returns (outside Australia): Parcels may take up to 4-6 weeks to reach us, depending on the method chosen. 

US Customers: If you are returning your items to us via the supplied US address, your parcel will first be delivered to a Seko Delivery Hub before being then forwarded on to us in Australia. 

If your tracking shows ‘delivered’ in the US, this is only confirming delivery to the Seko Hub, and it will take additional time to reach our Distribution Hub in Brisbane, Australia where we process all returns. Please allow between 4-6 weeks for this method. 

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been finalised.
