Once I submit my return online, how long will it take to process?Updated 13 days ago

Return timeframes depend on the option you select and where you’re returning from. Please see the options below: 

Instant Refund (via Refundid)

  • This return option is currently only available to Australia and United States customers. 
  • Refunds are usually issued within minutes of submitting your return through the Refundid portal.
  • If it hasn’t come through within a short period, please discover Refundid’s help article here
  • Please note: you will not receive email confirmation when your parcel arrives back to us at our Distribution Centre. 


Standard Returns

Processing times depend on your location and return method.

Domestic Returns (Australia):

Once you add your return tracking number to your return and the parcel is marked as ‘in transit’, your return will be approved and processed.

We do not wait for the parcel to arrive back at our Brisbane Distribution Centre before processing. If you receive approval during transit, you will not receive email confirmation when your parcel arrives back to us at our Distribution Centre. 

Please note: If your return is for a faulty or incorrect item, the parcel must be received to our Brisbane Distribution Centre and inspected onsite before it can be processed. Please allow 5–7 business days once your parcel is marked as 'delivered'. For delivery timeframes, please refer to the tracking information. 


US International Returns: 

If you are using the supplied US return address, your parcel will first be delivered to our Seko US Warehouse before being forwarded to Australia.

Once your tracking shows ‘delivered’, and the return is approved by our Seko US Warehouse, your return will be approved and processed.

We do not wait for the parcel to arrive back at our Australian Distribution Centre before processing. If you receive approval during transit, you will not receive email confirmation when your parcel arrives back to us at our Distribution Centre.

Please note: If your return is for a faulty or incorrect item, the parcel must be received to our Brisbane Distribution Centre and inspected onsite before it can be processed. Please allow 5–7 business days once your parcel is marked as 'delivered'.  For delivery timeframes, please refer to the tracking information. Forwarding to Australia can take up to 4–6 weeks.  


International Returns (outside Australia and United States):

For international standard returns, we are required to wait for your parcel to arrive back to our Brisbane Distribution Centre before processing.

Parcels may take up to 4–6 weeks to reach our Brisbane Distribution Centre, depending on the shipping method chosen.

Once your tracking is marked as ‘delivered’, please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been finalised.
