Rest of World - Will I be charged customs/duties on my order?Updated 2 months ago

As we are an Australian company sending goods overseas, international customers may be charged additional customs taxes and duties on their orders. These customs fees aren't initiated from us at VRG GRL - they're set by your local government and are separate from regular the cost of shipping.

For orders shipping to Rest of World*: 

- Unless duties have been prepaid, payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. 
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore we recommend checking with your local Customs Office for further information on what duties or taxes may apply prior to placing an order.
