The refund amount seems to be incorrectUpdated a month ago
If your refund looks different to what you expected, here are a few things to check:
- Original order details: Discount codes or promotions applied at checkout can impact your final refund amount.
- Return shipping fees: If you selected a prepaid return shipping label, any applicable return label fee will be deducted from your refund. See more here.
- Duties, taxes or VAT: Where duties, taxes or VAT were paid at checkout, eligible amounts will usually be refunded when your return is processed, but this can differ from region to region.
- Store credit or gift card payments: If your order was paid using a mix of payment methods, your refund may be split across the original payment method and store credit or gift card, where applicable.
- Currency conversion: For international customers, the amount you receive back may differ due to fluctuations in currency conversion.
