What are my return options in-store?Updated 23 days ago

There are three main return options available. 

Return for Store Credit: 

Opt for a standard store credit, you will receive a bonus credit of $10 AUD once your return has been processed. Store credits are valid for 3 years so you can take your time to find something fresh. 

Return for a Refund: 

If you choose to return for a refund, you will be refunded via your original payment method. If you have used a store credit to pay for the majority of your order, the refund will firstly go back onto the store credit and any remaining balance will be returned to your alternative payment method. 

Exchange: 

If you chose the incorrect size, we will happily exchange it for the alternative size, or another item.
