What happens if I'm not home to accept my order?Updated a month ago
This will depend on your location and the chosen shipping option.
Australia:
All orders are shipped with signature on delivery as the default.
If you’re not home, your parcel will usually be taken to the nearest Australia Post location for collection. You'll usually receive a card, SMS or email with more details.
If you've opted into Safe Drop through your Australia Post MyPost account, the driver may leave your parcel in a secure location instead. If no safe place is found, it will still be taken to the post office.
International:
International orders are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL).
This means your parcel may be left in a secure spot if no one is available. If the delivery driver doesn't believe it's safe to leave, they may attempt redelivery on another day or hold the parcel at a local collection point. You'll usually receive a card, SMS or email with more details.
Please note: If your parcel requires collection, most couriers only hold parcels for a limited time before returning them to sender, so we recommend collecting your parcel promptly.
If you're unsure where your parcel is, we recommend contacting the courier directly for the most up-to-date information. You can read more here.
