What happens if my Tier expires?Updated a month ago

If you have not met the annual spend requirements of your current tier by the set date (12 months from when you first entered the tier), your tier will be adjusted to reflect your actual spend over the 365-day period.

Your tier will always align with the annual spend threshold you have achieved during that time.

If you are subscribed to VRG GRL email marketing, we will usually email you to let you know your current tier status is at risk, and again if your tier changes to share information on your updated tier benefits.
