What happens if my Tier expires?Updated a month ago

If you have not met the annual spend requirements of your current tier by the set date (12 months from when you first entered the tier), you will be downgraded to a lower tier. 

You will only be downgraded by one tier level, regardless of whether you have reached this tier's respective annual spend requirement. Please see the breakdown below: 

Tier Three customers will be downgraded to Tier Two

Tier Two customers will be downgraded to Tier One

Tier One customers will be downgraded to Member Tier. 

If you are subscribed to VRG GRL email marketing, we will usually email you to let you know your current tier status is at risk, and again if you lose your current tier to share information on your new Tier benefits.
