What should I do if my package is delayed and I'm moving or traveling soon?Updated 4 months ago

In the event of a delay, and if you have a new address or upcoming travel, please get in touch with our customer success team at [email protected]. We will do our best to track your package and, if necessary, we are willing to extend the return window to accommodate for any inconvenience caused by the delay.


Alternatively, some couriers offer a complimentary delivery re-direction service. Please reach out to the applicable courier if you wish to discuss these options directly.
