If your parcel is delayed and you no longer have use for the item due to your imminent travel plans, we may be able to extend the return window to accommodate this. However, if your parcel was addressed incorrectly (for example, to a previous address), our ability to assist may be limited, as we’re usually unable to reroute parcels once they’ve been dispatched.
You can also reach out to the courier directly. Many offer redirection or parcel hold services which you may be able to take advantage of. Learn more here.
