Why didn't I receive my $10 AUD Welcome Voucher?Updated a day ago
There are a few reasons why your $10 AUD Welcome Voucher may not have arrived:
It can take a few minutes to arrive
After joining VRG GRL Society, your Welcome Voucher email or SMS may take up to 5 minutes to be delivered. Please allow a few minutes before checking again - and don't forget to check any junk/spam/promotional folders in case our email has landed there.
You may already be a VRG GRL Society member
The Welcome Voucher is available to new VRG GRL Society members only. If you have previously created a VRG GRL account, joined our loyalty program, or subscribed to our email or SMS marketing, you may already be an existing member. Signing up to a new marketing channel, such as SMS, does not make you a new member if you were already subscribed or registered with VRG GRL. Please see our Terms and Conditions here.
An incorrect email address may have been entered
A typo in your email address can prevent your Welcome Voucher from being delivered. This is one of the most common reasons customers don't receive their voucher.
You must be subscribed to marketing communications
To receive your Welcome Voucher, you must be subscribed to either email marketing or SMS marketing. If you're not subscribed to either channel, we're unable to send your voucher.
