Why is my Store Credit/Gift Card amount different to what I thought it would be?Updated 21 days ago

All VRG GRL store credits, gift cards and vouchers are issued in our local currency, Australian dollars (AUD).

If you're viewing products or checking out in a different currency, your credit will automatically convert to match your region. The amount may look different, but its equivalent in value based on the current exchange rate.

Rest assured - you haven’t been charged more or received a lesser value.
