Why isn’t my gift card working at checkout?Updated a month ago

Sorry you're having trouble - here are a few things to check:

  • Entered the code correctly?
    Make sure it’s entered in the ‘Discount code or gift card’ field at checkout and that you’ve clicked ‘Apply’.
  • Check for typos
    It's easy to mistake a zero for an “O” or accidentally add an extra space.
  • Has it already been used?
    If the full balance was used on a previous order, the code won’t be eligible to be used again.
  • Is it still valid?
    Gift cards have a set expiry. Check your original email to confirm the expiry date.
