Will I receive an order confirmation?Updated 2 months ago

Yes - once you place your order, we’ll send a confirmation email to your nominated email address. This will include your order number, shipping address, and other key details.

You should receive this within a few minutes, but during busy sale periods, it may take a little longer.

If you opted for SMS updates, you might also receive a confirmation message via text.

Can’t find your confirmation email? Check your junk, spam, or promotions folders, sometimes it ends up there. If it does - make sure you mark the message as ‘not junk’ to ensure our emails hit your inbox from now on.
