How do I track orders?Updated a month ago
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email from VRG GRL with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.
Tracking is handled by the postal provider assigned to your delivery region:
- Australia – Australia Post
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand and parts of Europe – Your parcel begins with DHL, then transfers to your local postal provider (for example USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc)
- All other international destinations – Your parcel begins with Australia Post, then transfers to your local postal provider
Please allow up to 24hrs after dispatch for tracking to update, especially during busy periods. Delays can also occur through international customs, which may temporarily pause tracking updates.
