My order has shipped, can I still change my delivery address?Updated a month ago

Once your order has been shipped, it’s with the postal carrier, which means we’re usually unable to make changes to the delivery address. That said, we’ll always do our best to assist where possible, so please contact our Customer Success team here as soon as you notice an issue.

Depending on your shipping method, you may have some self-service options available:

Australia Post shipping (within Australia)
If you have a MyPost account or use the AusPost app, you may be able to request a parcel redirection. Keep in mind this may delay your delivery. Learn more about Australia Post redirection here

DHL shipping (Selected international destinations)
Unfortunately, no self-service address changes are currently available via DHL services. Please reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to assist before delivery.

Other international orders (Standard International)
These are sent via Australia Post Pack & Track. There are no self-service redirection options, so please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do what we can to help.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may still be able to update your address before it is fulfilled. Please get in touch right away, and our team will prioritise your request. Read more information here

DHL countries include: United States, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Romania.
