Can I request a size change?Updated a month ago

If you accidentally selected the wrong size, we may be able to update your order, but you'll need to get in touch as soon as possible (ideally within 1 hour of placing your order).

To request a size change:

• If your request is within business hours, reach out via Live Chat for the fastest response (see our business hours here), or submit a contact form here and select ‘Change or Cancel Order’ as the subject
• Include your order number and let us know the size you'd like instead. If you have multiple items in your order, please also specify clearly which item you require a size change for

We'll do our best to act on your request before the order is processed. But please note, once your order has been fulfilled, we’re no longer able to make any changes.

If it's too late to update the size, don't worry, you may still be able to return the item. Just check out our Returns Policy here to confirm if your item/s are eligible for return.
