Do I get a pre-paid shipping label for my return?Updated a month ago
Please note: Prepaid return shipping labels are only available for eligible international orders placed from 8 July 2026 AEST. If you don't see the option to generate a prepaid return label, you'll need to organise your own return shipping.
During the returns process, customers in all regions, excluding New Zealand, will usually have the option to generate a prepaid return shipping label or organise their own return shipping.

If you choose to organise your own return shipping, we recommend using a secure, tracked service. VRG GRL is not responsible for returns lost in transit, and you can track your return via your chosen courier's website.
