How much does it cost to return an item?Updated a month ago

When lodging a return, AU and US customers will have the option to choose a prepaid shipping option.

Here’s a breakdown of the costs by region:

Australia - A $9.50 AUD return shipping fee applies and will be automatically deducted from your refund.
If you select Store Credit, we’ll cover this return shipping cost.

United States - A $15 USD flat-rate return shipping fee applies and will be automatically deducted from your refund.
If you select Store Credit, we’ll cover this return shipping cost.

Rest of the World - If you’re outside of Australia or the United States, we do not offer a prepaid service and you’ll need to organise and pay for your return shipping using a carrier of your choice. 
If you select Store Credit, we will receive a $10 AUD bonus VRG GRL credit to use on your next order. 

Where we are not able to offer a prepaid shipping option, or if you prefer to organise your own shipping, this will be at your own cost. Customers are encouraged to contact their local postal service to see what return shipping costs may apply.
