My return was marked as delivered to the provided US address, why hasn’t it been processed?Updated a month ago

If you returned your item(s) via the supplied US address, your parcel is first delivered to a Seko Delivery Hub. From there, it is forwarded on to us in Australia.

If your tracking shows ‘delivered’ in the US, this only confirms arrival at the Seko Hub. It will still take additional time for your parcel to reach our Distribution Centre in Brisbane, where all returns are processed.

Once your return has been received in Brisbane, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been finalised.
