If your tracking shows ‘delivered’ to the provided US return address, this means your parcel has arrived at our Seko US Warehouse.
For standard returns, your return will be approved and processed once:
- Your tracking shows ‘delivered’ to our US Warehouse, and
- The return has been approved by our partners at the Seko US Warehouse.
If your parcel shows as 'delivered' but has not yet been processed, it may still be awaiting approval at the US warehouse.

When We Need to Inspect Your Return First
If your return relates to a faulty or incorrect item, the parcel must be received at our Australian Distribution Centre and inspected onsite before it can be processed.
Once our Seko US Warehouse forwards your parcel to Australia, delivery to our Brisbane Distribution Centre can take up to 4–6 weeks.
Once your tracking is marked as ‘delivered’ to our Brisbane Distribution Centre, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
