My tracking has been updated to ‘Delivered’ but I can’t locate my parcel?Updated a month ago

We’re sorry your order hasn’t arrived as expected. Here are a few steps that can help:

  • Double-check your delivery address in your order confirmation to ensure it was entered correctly. 
  • Look around your property - parcels are often left in safe spots like your mailbox, front porch, side entrance or garage, or with another household member or neighbour.
  • Check with your local post office or courier - sometimes parcels are marked as delivered just before they arrive, or they may be waiting for collection. See more information on how to track parcels here.
  • Allow 24 hours - tracking can sometimes update early, and your parcel may still be on the way.
