What is ‘Instant Refunds’?Updated a month ago
Instant Refunds are a service powered by Refundid that lets eligible customers get their refund right away - before the return has reached us. This option is only available to eligible customers in Australia and the United States.
To use this service, you’ll need to have a verified Refundid account. If you’re new to Refundid or would like more information on how to verify your account, click here to read our guide.
How to process an Instant Refund:
- Lodge your return through Refundid and select Instant Refund. Note: For security reasons, Refundid can only process refunds if the email address used for your VRG GRL order matches the email address on your Refundid account. If this causes any issues, please contact our team here.
- Refundid will issue your refund upfront, usually within minutes.
- You then send your return parcel back to us as normal.
Please note: If your return isn’t sent back within our return timeframe, or doesn’t match what was lodged, the refund may be reversed. Please see more information here.
