When do I need to return my items?Updated 5 months ago

You have 30 days from your order being shipped to lodge your return. Once lodged you have up to 7 days to post your return back to us. If your return tracking has not updated within 10 days, Refundid will reverse the instant refund they have paid out to you.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, free from scent and in original unmarked condition with all tags attached.
