When my return parcel arrives back to VRG GRL, how long will it take to process?Updated a month ago

Standard returns (Excluding eligible AU and US returns) are processed once your parcel arrives at our Distribution Centre in Brisbane, Australia. Please allow time for your parcel to be delivered to us. 

Once your parcel arrives back at our Distribution Centre, please allow up to 3-7 business days for our team to process your return.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been finalised. 

For Australia, United States and Instant Refund returns, you may not receive an arrival confirmation email when your parcel reaches our Distribution Centre, as your return may have already been approved or processed.
