Some items may not qualify for an instant refund through Refundid, including non-refundable items. In some cases, you may still be able to process a standard return via our returns portal.

Another possible reason could be your nominated bank. Refundid accepts most bank accounts, however if your bank account is not eligible for an instant refund and you are receiving an error message, please contact our customer success team at [email protected] for assistance.
