Why has my refund been reversed?Updated 5 months ago

There are a few reasons your refund may have been reversed.

Some likely reasons include:

1. Your return was not sent back within our 7-day return period
2. You used a different tracking number than the one we have on file
3. The retailer reversed this refund on their end 
4. You requested for your refund to be reversed

VRG GRL is not responsible for any monetary reversal from Refundid if the customer has not provided the tracking number or followed all steps set out by Refundid. 

If your refund is reversed, you will need to wait until we physically receive your return back so we can process your return manually.
