Why hasn't my tracking updated?Updated a month ago

Please don’t worry, it’s normal for tracking to pause at different stages of your parcel’s journey.

If your delivery timeframe has passed and your tracking hasn’t updated recently, here’s what to do next:

For Australian orders: 
Contact Australia Post directly for an update.

For international DHL orders: 
Reach out to DHL. However, if your parcel has arrived in your country, it may have been handed over to your local postal provider (for example, USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail), and you may be required to contact them directly for an update. 

For standard international orders: 
Tracking often stalls while parcels wait for international transport or may be delayed in customs.

  • If your parcel has cleared customs and is in your country, contact your local postal provider (for example, USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail).
  • If your parcel hasn’t reached your country yet, or you're unsure, get in touch with our Customer Success team via our contact form here. We’ll contact Australia Post and help investigate.
