Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?Updated a month ago
If you need to make a change to your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, ideally within 1 hour of placing it.
To request an edit or cancellation:
- If your request is within business hours, reach out via Live Chat for the fastest response (see our business hours here), or submit a contact form here and select ‘Change or Cancel Order’ as the subject
- Include your order number and clearly outline any changes you’d like to make.
We’ll do our best to act on your request before your order is processed. But please note, once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes or cancel it.
If you entered the wrong delivery address, please still get in touch via the contact form even if your order has shipped. Our team will let you know what options may be available. See more information here.
