We’ll always do our best to help, however, due to the high volume of orders we process daily, we can’t guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed. We recommend double-checking your details before checking out.
That said, we totally understand that mistakes happen.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, and you need to update your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 1 hour of placing your order.
To request a change:
- If your request is within business hours, reach out via Live Chat for the fastest response (see our business hours here), or submit a contact form here and select ‘Change or Cancel Order’ as the subject
- Include your order number and your full, correct shipping address
We’ll prioritise your request and do our best to update it before your order is processed.
